Dr Lauren Fry - CHIropractor

As a teenager Lauren was a wellness rebel, taking a chance on chiropractic treatment despite her mother – a nurse – warning her against seeing one of those ‘bone crunchers’. Within a month of treatment, the headaches that had plagued Lauren for almost a year had disappeared! That success led to her mother giving it a go too, and experiencing for herself the benefits of regular adjustment.

Lauren has recently completed a three-year postgraduate degree the Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics, or DICCP, a board certified qualification run through the International Chiropractic Association

  • Bachelor of Health Science (Complimentary Medicine)

  • Master of Clinical Chiropractic with Distinction

  • Upon graduating Lauren received the prestigious Award for Clinical Excellence. 

  • Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics

Anna-Mai Hoek - Remedial Massage Therapist

Anna-Mai has been practicing Remedial Therapies since 2008, treating a wide variety of clients. She has taught Remedial Massage at various tertiary institutions since 2009, helping share her extensive skills and knowledge in the field.

As part of her Remedial practice, Anna-Mai has experience treating many conditions including but not limited to:
